This Shipping Policy outlines our production turnaround times, shipping methods, transit durations, tracking procedures, and freight terms.

1. Production Turnaround vs. Shipping Transit Time

Because all packaging and print orders are custom-made to your specific dimensions and artwork, each order involves two distinct time phases:

• Production Turnaround Time: The time required to prepress, print, laminate, die-cut, fold, glue, and quality-inspect your order. Production turnaround begins only after your digital proof is formally approved and payment is confirmed.

• Shipping Transit Time: The duration required for our logistics carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Freight LTL) to transport the finished goods from our manufacturing facilities to your delivery location.

2. Standard & Expedited Turnaround Options

• Standard Production: Typically takes 8 to 10 business days following proof approval. This is our standard lead time for most custom boxes, stickers, and print collateral.

• Rush / Expedited Production: For urgent deadlines, we offer rush turnaround services (typically 4 to 6 business days). Rush fees apply based on order quantity, complexity, and press availability.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Durations

We partner with leading global logistics providers to provide secure, tracked transit across the United States, Canada, and international destinations:

• Ground Shipping (Standard): Estimated transit time of 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States.

• Express / Air Shipping: 1 to 2 business days for time-sensitive deliveries upon request.

• Freight (LTL / Palletized Delivery): For large-volume wholesale packaging orders, goods are securely packed on pallets and transported via freight carriers. Transit times typically range from 4 to 7 business days depending on destination.

4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offers

We take pride in providing cost-effective shipping solutions:

• Free Standard Ground Shipping: Available on eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
• Expedited Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout or quoted by your dedicated packaging specialist based on package weight, dimensions, and destination zip code.
• Freight & Liftgate Services: Palletized freight orders may include optional liftgate, residential delivery, or inside delivery services upon request.

5. Order Tracking & Dispatch Notifications

Once your order has completed manufacturing, passed quality inspection, and been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email dispatch confirmation containing:

• Carrier Name (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Freight Carrier)
• Direct Tracking Number & Link
• Estimated Delivery Date
• Detailed packing slip and carton count

Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update scan milestones after initial package pickup.

6. Shipping Address Requirements & PO Boxes

• Physical Address Required: Due to the size and weight of custom packaging shipments, we require a valid physical street address. We cannot ship standard box orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying delivery addresses during proofing and checkout. Any address correction fees or re-routing charges assessed by carriers due to incorrect address information will be billed to the client.

• Commercial vs. Residential Delivery: For freight pallet shipments, please inform your representative if your location lacks a loading dock or forklift so liftgate delivery can be arranged in advance.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

While we package all orders in heavy-duty corrugated cartons and protective wrap, unforeseen carrier transit issues may occasionally arise:

• Transit Delays: Need Packaging is not liable for carrier delivery delays resulting from severe weather events, natural disasters, national holidays, customs holds, or carrier strikes that are outside our direct control.

• Visible Shipping Damage: If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, note "Damaged upon delivery" with the carrier driver before signing, take clear photos of the damaged outer box and contents, and contact our team within 48 hours.

• Lost Shipments: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, or if tracking has stalled for over 5 business days, notify us immediately so we can open a carrier tracer and initiate a replacement batch if necessary.

8. International Shipping & Customs/Import Duties

For shipments dispatched outside the United States:

• International delivery times vary based on destination country and customs clearance processes (typically 5 to 10 business days).
• Applicable customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, or brokerage clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
