All content on the Need Packaging website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, designs, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Need Packaging. This content is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the website’s content without explicit permission from Need Packaging.
At Need Packaging, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your specifications or is defective, you may file a claim within 3 days of delivery. The product must remain unused, in its original condition, and unaltered. After 3 days, we are unable to process any refund claims. Products that have been tampered with or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
Payments for all orders must be made at the time of order placement. After we receive your payment, we will send product drafts for your final approval before production. Once you approve the drafts, the order will proceed to production and shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be guaranteed, and we are unable to refund or cancel orders that have entered production.
While Need Packaging takes great care to ensure the accuracy and quality of our products, we cannot be held responsible for errors caused by the following:
We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly review all drafts and designs for accuracy before approving them. Need Packaging guarantees precision in printing, packaging, and design, but is not liable for issues related to the content provided by the customer.
When placing an order, customers may select their preferred production speed. We strive to ensure that your order is completed and shipped according to the agreed timeline, usually within 3 to 5 days. However, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, shipping carrier issues, or other unforeseen events.
Need Packaging is not responsible for any shipping delays or damage to goods during the shipping process. Once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We strongly recommend that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you encounter any issues with shipping or delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
Need Packaging reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
In no event will Need Packaging be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
